The Terra Base is for keeping small orchids, ferns, moss, etc. growing in a state close to the condition of a natural habitat, such as tree trunks in the rainforest. The cylindrical clay body releases water on the surface of the pot and keeps it cool. This creates the optimal conditions for growing epiphytic plants that prefer a cool and humid environment.

Let it absorb water: Terra Base has high water permeability and absorbs a lot of water in a dry state. Please immerse in water with a bucket and let it absorb water before attaching the plants.

Wrapping aquatic moss: Spread aquatic moss thinly over the Terra Base and firmly wind it with cotton thread.

Attach epiphytic plants: Fix plants such as small orchids and ferns with nylon thread. Consider the overall balance and arrange the plants point by point.

When you can, frequently spray or grow epiphytic plants that does not require high air humidity. For plants that require high air humidity, the Neo Glass Air can make management easier.
