Refund policy

In-Store Purchases: We accept returns and exchanges on any unused ceramics or hard goods within 1 month of purchase. We accept returns for plants that look the same and come back within 48 hours of purchase.

Online Orders: All online sales excluding pickup orders are final. If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us at hey@diameterplants.com. We are not responsible for incorrect address entry or Postal Service delays. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hey@diameterplants.com with photos attached. Damages must be reported within one week of delivery.
