Shipping policy

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

We ship to all addresses within the continental United States. International shipping is not currently available.

We offer a pickup option, and will hold the order for up to one week after purchase. Pickups are available anytime during normal business hours, everyday from 10AM to 6PM. If your order is not picked up within one week of purchase, your order will be canceled and refunded.

All online sales excluding pickup orders are final. If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us at hey@diameterplants.com. We are not responsible for incorrect address entry or Postal Service delays.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hey@diameterplants.com with photos attached. Damages must be reported within one week of delivery.
